Tempo’s Guardian Series Step and Aisle LED Lighting System is made of durable extruded vinyl with embedded LED light cells. The Guardian System is comprised of Carpet to Floor, Carpet to Carpet and step nose profiles for carpet pathway and tread edge deliniation and step landing illumination. The flexible extrusion is designed to mold to uneven surfaces to ensure a long lasting and structurally sound installation. The profile of the Carpet to Carpet and Carpet to Floor versions of the Guardian Series LED light fixtures are designed to allow the edge of most commercial grade, low pile carpet to be easily tucked under the wings of the vinyl extrusion on florr, tread and riser. The Series lighting solution can be customized to meet the design criteria of any venue’s criteria through the use of available wiring options, end cap arrangements, LED spacing and lighting colors.

CONSTRUCTION

Made from a durable, flexible vinyl extrusion conforms to uneven surfaces, eliminating potential hazards associated with hard PVC or aluminum extrusions
Pathway products are factory assembled in 30- and 60-foot spooled rolls
Step nose products are available in solid gray, solid black or with nominal 1” contrasting stripe of black, gray or custom color
Designs allow the edge of most commercial grade, low pile carpet to be easily tucked under the wings of the vinyl extrusion

POWER SYSTEM

PERFORMANCE

Simple installation includes gluing assembled extrusion to the desired surface
Easily modified at the job site. The extrusion can be cut as close as two inches from the edge of a light source.
Design incorporates a “living hinge” to allow the step nose to be installed securely on steps with riser angles of 75 to 90 degree
Parallel wiring utilizing Class 2 power supply allows each light source to operate independently, providing superior safety and ease of maintenance
Only 0.25 watts energy consumption per LED module
Operates on 12V AC or DC power
