Our pressure treated lumber is made from high quality southern yellow pine for load-bearing strength and superior ability to accept treating. We carefully control the pressure treated wood from forest to store, so you enjoy consistent product quality, fewer rejects and assured product supply.
Pressure Treated Lumber
We treat it with ACQ preservatives to give it long-term protection against decay and termite attack.
Products treated to 0.25 give high durability for above ground use.
Products treated to 0.40 are a good choice where there is ground contact.
A mold inhibitor makes sure orders arrive clean.

Premium Southern Gold Pressure Treated Lumber
Your special projects deserve premium Southern Gold pressure treated lumber. We select prime quality southern pine lumber with less wane and even better appearance than standard #2 grade lumber. Then we carefully treat it to 0.40 absorption for increased durability and performance.
#2 grade rules for standard treated lumber allow a limited amount of "wane" - which shows up as rounded edges from the outside edge of the log.
Southern Gold pressure treated lumber is made from prime lumber with far less wane to assure full dimensions.
Premium Southern Gold Water-Repellent Pressure Treated Lumber
Southern Gold Plus pressure treated lumber from Georgia-Pacific provides all the benefits of Southern Gold pressure treated products, plus more. We treat it with a specially formulated water repellent, so it is even more resistant to damaging moisture. Sides and bottom surfaces are protected against all kinds of weather, termites and funguses, yet it still has a surface that is clean, safe, and easy to work with.
All three grades are available in dimensions from 2" x 4" to 2" x 12", plus high-quality decking products and boards. All grades are packed in convenient mini-bundles-half the size of traditional bundles - for easy handling and storage.
