Designer Patricia Urquiola
Description
Starting with the HIGHLANDS collection and maintaining the same genetic code of movement and possible verticality, though introducing a morphological variant, Patricia Urquiola has designed an element for relaxation. The headrest has two positions and acts as a comfortable support. The side members and the footboard are multi-ply wood covered in crushproof polyurethane and polyester fibre. The backs are made of high resilience foam with structure and inclining mechanism made of steel, covered in polyester fibre. The wooden bed base has beechwood curved slats. Feet are screwed to the structure and are in black polypropylene. The bed is completely removable and is delivered knocked down (k.d.)
