Masonry strengthening water repellent

Description and use

Sure Klean Weather Seal H40 is formulated as a deep-penetrating water repellent and consolidation treatment for brick, most natural stone, terra cotta, historic concrete, stucco and cast stone surfaces. H40 protects against deterioration caused by water and water-borne contaminants while strengthening weathered surfaces and soft mortar joints.

Manufactured and marketed in compliance with USEPA VOC regulations (40 CFR 59.403).

Advantages

* Deep penetration provides long-lasting protection
* Strengthens and protects deteriorating surfaces
* Strengthens soft mortar -- reduces need for repointing
* Treated surfaces "breathe" -- H40 does not entrap moisture

Limitations

* May damage glass or be difficult to remove. Always protect.
* May cause slight or moderate darkening on some surfaces. Always test for desired results.
* Surface and air temperatures should be above 40еЎF and below 95еЎF. Application should be avoided on extremely windy days to avoid rapid evaporation of the solvent carrier.
