The supporting frame of Novecento is in seasoned beech. The seat has hand-fixed double-cone steel springs, resting on jute webbing. The padding in the base is rubberised horsehair and polyurethane foam, while the backrest is padded with polyurethane foam and goose feather. The armrests are padded with moulded polyurethane foam.
Feet in dark walnut-stained beech. The rear ones always have chromium-plated brass caps, whereas the front ones may be fitted with chromium-plated brass swivel wheels or have chromium-plated brass caps like the rear ones. The wheels are also available in nylon for more delicate floors.
The Pelle FrauеЁ leather upholstery is embellished on the back by a pair of leather-covered rectangular buttons.
