As 100% Wool Design Felt is a nonwoven textile, it does not fray and allows for applications and installations not possible with any other textile. Felt may be custom CNC cut to exact specifications. CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control and uses a blade to provide intricate and accurate cutting. Think custom shapes and intricate patterning for wallcovering, exhibition displays, seat pads, architectural installations and let your imagination run wild! CNC cut Design Felt requires a vector drawing submitted at time of order placement and please note that all projects must be quoted.

Maximum Size: 2mm, 3mm or 5mm: 69 in (175 cm) x 75 ft (22 m)
8mm or 10mm: 60 in (155 cm) x 50 ft (15 m)
Minimum Cut-out: 2mm, 3mm or 5mm: 3/8 in (15.2 cm)
8mm or 10mm: 1 in (25.4 cm)

Variation: Wool felt is a natural material and minor changes and slight inclusions of natural fiber on the surface are evidence of the 100% natural origin of the material. Variation: in temperature and humidity can expand or contract the fibers affecting the size and shape of felt pieces. Therefore, please note that sizes may vary up to е±0.5 inch.
