White Design

These streamlined slated benches were designed to provide contemporary outdoor seating for an award-winning city square development on Sweden's west coast. As the architects redeveloped the historic square they transformed it into a contemporary urban landscape. The benches were designed to commemorate a historic church that had once stood on the site. Designed with timelessness in mind, the benches were crafted with an understated elegance and simplicity that will continue to seem fresh for years to come. The benches are made in a range of heights which can be combined to create unique seating arrangements.

INDIVIDUAL DIMENSIONS
The steel plate in the frame is 5 mm thick.
The pine slats measure 40 mm x 92 mm.

Assembly
Fully assembled.

Versions
The low version is 35 cm high.
The medium version is 45 cm high.
The high version is 55 cm high.

Material
The frame is made in 5 mm steel plate which has been zinc-electroplated, gold-chromed and powder-coated in standard colour RAL 7047. The seat is made in pine painted in standard colour NCS S 2000N. Non-standard colours are available for an extra fee.

Installation
The bench bolts to the ground. Each bench is made with 2- 4 attachment points.

Maintenance
Not normally required. Any scratches to the wooden slats or steel frame can be repainted with oil alkyd enamel.
