Long backed bench

The meandering outdoor bench Long is a modular design made in response to the urban landscape. Created for a historic park in central Gothenburg, the bench was a key part of the park's renovation. The bench was designed in sections to create an interchangeable combination of sharp curves and lengths of long, extended seating. The flexibility of the design makes it possible to create a customised bench for a wide range of outdoor environments.

Assembly
Fully assembled.

Versions
Available as a straight length, curve or circle, with armrests or without.

Material
The frame is cast-aluminium painted with a
protective rust-proof coating.
Two coatings of standard colour black
RAL 9005 are applied.
The seat and backrest are made in wood painted with alkyd oil enamel in
standard colour light grey NCS S 5502B.

Installation
The legs are extended for casting 400 mm beneath the surface.
The core modules have two attachment points.
Each individual model has one attachment point.

Maintenance
Cast-aluminium and pine can be repainted as needed with alkyd oil enamel in corresponding colours.
