Roger Thomas discovered inspiration for Tremolo in a scrap of industrial material covered in 18 karat gold. Using tools meticulously crafted by an artisan trained in handmade violins,
layers of metallic pigment are hand applied to an embossed vinyl base in Maya Romanoff's Chicago Studio. The result - a balance between the consistency of line and the viscosity of paint.
