SPECIFICATIONS
_ Includes 14-gauge medium duty beams, uprights, and optional center supports
_ Each rack will require four uprights, two width beams and two depth beams per level
_ Optional steel support rails available to guide and support record storage boxes
_ 5/8_ thick particle board to provide sturdy support for record storage boxes or other storage needs
_ 4-gauge wire decking is also available with 2_ x 4_ mesh with durable baked on enamel finish
_ Also available with 20 gauge Galvanized steel or Powder coated steel, flanges on all sides and turned under on all sides
_ No tools required for assembly
_ Beams drop into slots on uprights to create a sturdy, rigid structure
_ Starter uprights are 14-gauge angle posts for use as stand alone sections or at the ends of two or more sections
_ Add-on uprights are 14-gauge T-posts for use as intermediate posts in multiple section rows
_ Tie plates available to lock posts together to join two or more racks side-by-side
_ Distributed weight load for medium duty shelving are:
_ 42_ wide unit supports 1000lbs. per shelf
_ 48_ wide unit supports 1000lbs. per shelf
_ 60_ wide unit supports 800lbs. per shelf
