ALISON IROKO OUTDOOR

A seating system designed in 2006, and now in its iroko version, in a way foreshadowed the concept of the Lifescape Collection. In other words, a range of furnishings whose use was specifically designed for both indoor and outdoor use. The sleek design of Alison Iroko Outdoor, with its simple squared-off lines, finds its ultimate expression in the choice of iroko heartwood for its exposed frame. Its warm color and smooth touch, thanks to the natural finish, lend the frame a bold look and play up the architectural details, like the 45ш angle joint on the arms.The clean lines of the frame are matched by the seat, back and armrest cushions that share the same square shape, but are generously padded. A new, exclusive collection of exterior fabrics, available in sophisticated colors and textures, lends a crisp, lively note to the Alison Iroko Outdoor sofas. Iroko wood furniture frames rest on stainless steel tips set into slots in the wood. This technique eliminates direct contact between the wood and the outdoor surface as a safeguard against damage due to humidity.

Frame: 120x35 mm kiln-stabilized, solid Iroko wood. Second metal frame painted for outdoor use.
Frame preparation: worked on a numerically controlled machine, 45ш assembly with interlocking joints, hand finishing. Iroko wood is treated with a highly UV protective, weather-resistant varnish, with a satin finish (35% gloss).
Straps: woven exterior elastic straps, made of synthetic rubber and polypropylene, resistant to UV damage.
Cushions: padding for seat and backrest cushions in high-density polyurethane foam with a synthetic fabric cover. In order to increase the resistance of seat, back and armrest cushioning to water and humidity, all the cushions are encased in a water-proof polyester lining with traditional stitching. All the accessories used in their manufacture - zippers, thread - are waterproof and therefore suited to outdoor use.
Base: rests on stainless steel tips equipped with rubber glides, set into slots in the wood.
ATTN.: Since Iroko wood is a natural material the vein and color are not necessarily the same, therefore the veins or shades of color may not be perfectly the same; This should not be considered a defect in
the material but rather a valuable asset of solid wood. The color of Iroko wood may change.
Cover: fully removable cushion covers.
Optional: ALISON OUTDOOR cushions 46x46 cm with polyurethane and fiber padding and waterproof covers. Fully removable.
Rain Cover optional: rubberized 150-300 polyester. The PVC contains additives that are designed to offer more protection: anti-UV for exposure to direct sunlight, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-mite and self-extinguishing. Avoid the use of aggressive cleaning agents, even general purpose agents. It is highly recommended to make maximum use of the Rain Covers _ not only during the winter months _ to keep the Lifescape Collection in good condition. Although the materials and processing methods have been carefully chosen for their properties and performance in outdoor environments, weather conditions can significantly alter the original state of the furniture.
