Description:
Richard Woods uses traditional wood block printmaking techniques to •printк graphic realisations of building materials and styles, piecing them together to block out sections of existing architectural coverings. Woods re-presents normality to us in a stylised and hyper-real visual formulation of itself. In this design panels of wooden parquet flooring are stylised and softened in a hand knotted pure wool rug.
