We couldn't sit still when we were kids and we shouldn't sit still as adults. It's better for our bodies to keep moving. But when conferences and meetings fill our schedules, sitting can be difficult to avoid. Luckily, HAG Wing is designed to help you move more regularly and naturally in your seat. It is also designed for heavy use, so it couldn't be better suited for all those "sit still" places schools, universities, libraries, cafes, meeting rooms, hotels, and conference halls.



Designed by Peter Opsvik



Legendary Norwegian Peter Opsvik and his design team have partnered with HAG since 1974. They have been pivotal in developing the ergonomic principles that HAG continues to build its business on today. The Capisco collection has won several prizes for its unique functions and design over the last two decades and continues to make a striking statement. Capisco s saddle-shaped seat is the result of Opsvik s research into the working styles of active horsemen, allowing people unrivaled freedom to move into different, natural sitting positions not possible in conventional office chairs.



Opsvik reteamed with HAG in 2006 to launch the redesigned Conventio Wing chair, which earned a gold Best of NeoCon award. Both the seat and the back of the Wing are manufactured from recycled automobile bumpers and plastic household waste bottles.
