UNIFLEX® Seam Tape is a self-adhering, modified butyl rubber waterproofing tape. A strong polyester fabric facing has been added for additional strength. The butyl rubber exhibits outstanding waterproofing protection and offers tenacious adhesion properties.

• Tensile Strength 475 PSI @ 60% Elongation
• Peel Strength 10 Lbs. Per Lineal Inch
