Uniflex® MS Hybrid Roofing Sealant is a premium moisture curing, non-solvent, hybrid bonding sealant specially designed for roofing applications and membrane systems. Remains flexible, will not crack, and will not shrink during curing. Uniflex® MS Hybrid Roofing Sealant can be applied in damp conditions and withstands ponding water.

• Recommended uses: Sealing around through-roof projections, termination points, flashings, scrim edges
• Performance Charactoristics:
• Tensile at Peak (psi): 107(white), 248(black)
• Elongation at Break (%): 428% (white), 324% (black)
• Type "A" Hardness: 29 (white), 35 (black)
