H&C® COLORTOP™ Water-Based Solid Color Concrete Stain 50 bonds to concrete and forms a tough shield so it doesn't fade, peel or flake like paint. It is resistant to acids, ultraviolet rays, oil, gas and alkali while maintaining a decorative finish. Available in a variety of tintable colors, this stain is ideal for high pH surfaces.

• Can be used on new or existing concrete
• Can be used on previously painted concrete surfaces with proper preparation as well as asphalt surfaces
• Resistant to acids, UV rays, oil, gas & alkali
