Levelrock Brand SAM-N12 Sound Attenuation Mat can be used over a variety of subfloors including plywood, OSB, pre-cast concrete, concrete and metal pan decking.

Levelrock Brand SAM-N12 Sound Attenuation Mat is just 1/8-in. thick and requires a minimum of 3/4-in. of Levelrock Brand Floor Underlayment topping for a total system thickness of 7/8-in. This sound attenuation mat provides an economical method of improving the IIC and STC ratings and:
