LAMINATED GLASS
All three of Manko’s manufacturing locations stock various types of annealed laminated glass and can provide custom annealed or heat treated laminated glass. Laminated glass is a safety glazing product that, when configured correctly, can be utilized to improve glazing fall-out protection, security, and sound control. This product may be used to meet current and future enforced IBC safety codes above walk ways and entrance areas. At each of its facilities, Manko has carried annealed laminated glass, available as a stock sheet, single lite, or in an insulated unit. In 2018, Manko began producing its own laminated glass with the purchase of a Glaston ProL Flat Glass Lamination Line. This line is located in Manko’s Manhattan, KS facility with product available to all Manko locations. With this process, Manko is able to provide custom laminated glass, either annealed or heat treated.
