Construction
• Chair and loveseat frames are constructed of 5/4 lumber kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-8% and 1" laminated hardwood plywood; ottoman frames are 3/4" laminated hardwood plywood
• All mainframe joints are double doweled and glued, with stress points reinforced with glue and screwed corner blocks
• Wood armcaps are beech hardwood 12/4 kiln dried to a moisture content of 6%; legs are 8/4 beech hardwood
• Seat is constructed with stretch strap webbing, inner woven and stapled into position
• Tight backs are filled with 2" polyurethane foam with a 1.5 density and compression of 24 pounds, then covered with a second layer of 3/4" super-soft foam
• Both seats and backs are covered with a layer of reinforced non-woven fiber
