XTherm 5600X and 5900 X

The thermal qualities of EFCO's 5600 and 5900 curtain wall systems are enhanced with the addition of a fiberglass pultruded material. Utilizing this advanced technology, EFCO has designed a pressure plate that is far superior to the aluminum pressure plate for thermal conductance, while providing an overall 27% gain in frame and glass U-factor and 10% improvement in CRF. The use of fiberglass also eliminates the need for a thermal isolator between the mullion and pressure plate.
