Vinegar Vat Stock Patina & Center Cut: Batch #15091

Salvaged from vinegar vats, this material is primarily made up of Cypress and Douglas fir and is available in two grades: Center Cut & Full Patina. The Center Cut grade is smooth planed, exposing the tight clear grain and the blondish-amber color tones of the wood. Typically, 10–20% of these planks will include some dark staining. The Full Patina grade preserves the original rough surface texture of the vat staves. These boards range from deep brown to charcoal in color and include occasional rust and deeply embossed marks from the metal straps which once held the vats together.
