The Electra® Corner Guard is manufactured using textured vinyl to resist abrasion and harsh bumps.

Material: 0.080 or 0.093 gauge rigid vinyl.

ASSEMBLY, INSTALLATION
Countersunk holes with screws. Adhesive-contact-caution avoid installing with adhesive over Teflon or Silicone coated wall surfaces.

CODES, CERTIFICATION
Tested by ASTM D-543 to have little or no effect from Alcohol, Clorox, Ammonia, Gasoline, Sulfuric Acid, Nitric Acid, Sodium, and Hydroxide. Hardness Shore D-77: Shrinkage less than 0.05% after oven aged 70 hours at 158 ºF.
Flammability: 94V-0 (UL Bulletin 94) ASTM E-84 Class 1. Flame spread rating 15
Impact Resistance: 10-15 ft. lbs./sq. in. (ASTM D-256)
