What

ECOsilence is a flat, resilient underlayment used directly under most floor finishes. It yields exceptional results even under hard surface flooring and over concrete and wood joist construction. ECOsilence offers many performance benefits. Installers can thin-set ceramic and porcelain tile directly to it per ASTM C627, it's compatible with most floor finishes, and can be installed quickly.

Compared to other underlayments, ECOsilence performs better. Five millimeter (mm) ECOsilence stands up better than 12 mm cork per ASTM E2179. In addition to these benefits, ECOsilence is available in 48-inch wide rolls and a variety of thicknesses.
