Marazzi USA is the North American subsidiary of Marazzi Group, based in Italy. Founded by Filippo Marazzi, the grandson of Marazzi Group’s founder, Marazzi USA established the first Italian-owned ceramic manufacturing plant in the United States, located in Sunnyvale, Texas. The company has been exceeding the design needs of architects and homeowners for more than 30 years.

Romance Collection:
Marazzi USA’s Romance Collection offers unique metallic embellishments that meet the “simple-to-cut, simple-to-drill, simple-to-install requirements of today’s vertical spaces.” Available in Bronze, Nickel, Venetian Bronze, and Wrought Iron, the Romance Collection tiles come in four patterns, as well as in linear formats. Fleur de Lis features the stylized Lily common to coats of arms, offering a regal look. For a geometric and ornamental choice, Diamond presents a floral motif within a centered diamond.

Studio M:
The stain-resistant, frost-resistant, allergen-free glass of Studio M are reflective and resplendent: “Watery translucence displays wisps of color at varying levels within the tesserae, producing unique, individual pieces of sparkling, reflective color in both mini-square and mini-brick shapes.” Studio M glass tiles are available in a varied palette, from monochromatic to multicolor. Flamenco has a multitude of oceanic blues, from aqua to marine, offering different levels of opalescent shine. Samba presents the rich browns of coffee and cocoa. Jive mixes aqueous blues and greens.

Sumatra:
Part of Marazzi USA’s large collection of glazed ceramic tile, Sumatra includes three neutral colors that combine romance and practicality: “Exotic and sensual, yet broadly appealing, Sumatra suggests a cultural convergence of dramatic influences and everyday livability.” Due to the highly reflective surface of Sumatra tiles, they mimic the look of polished stone at a more economical price point. Sumatra offers warm Dumai, golden Giambi, and brown Medan, all in a rich, marbled composite of blended colors. Every pattern in Sumatra features layers of color, giving a sense of depth and texture underfoot.
