High Gloss Deco Foil:
Deco Foil by LG Hausys provides a high-grade surface that uses advanced print process technology. High Gloss Deco Foil offers a spectacularly glossy surface that is stylish and durable: “The surface is covered with protective film while the reverse is coated with primer to promote a durable bond.” Available in 13 colors, including nine solids and four wood-like patterns, High Gloss is designed for 3D lamination on MDF board for use in contoured furniture components, cabinet doors, drawer fronts, office furniture, and store fixtures. The glossy surface also offers mark and abrasion resistance, as well as superb thermal stability in high temperatures.

HI-MACS:
LG Hausys’ proprietary solid surface material, known as HI-MACS, is made from mineral aluminum hydroxide (ATH), a natural mineral obtained from aluminum ore, plus one third acrylic resin (polymethyl methacrylate or PMMA) and 5% natural pigments. The resulting material can be used for virtually limitless applications, including kitchen surfaces, bathroom sinks, floors, walls, partitions, and 3-dimensional installations. In Fact, LG Hausys sponsors a yearly HI-MACS design competition to unleash designers’ creativity and discover the possibilities of the material. Available in 110 colors and finishes—including solid colors and stone-like patterns—HI-MACS can also be color-matched to any shade imaginable. The material is non-porous, scratch- and stain-resistant, easy to clean, and self-sealing. Produced in sheets, HI-MACS undergoes a double thermal curing process that makes the substance uniform and virtually indestructible.
