Adagio—
One of Concepta’s signature barstools, Adagio is all about lightness. This adjustable-height chair with a swivel pedestal base comes in a high-back and low-back version. The low-back Adagio is a minimalist dream. The weightless back is a narrow horizon from which the seat flows forth like an expanse of water. Both the lever to adjust seat height and the leg rest are simple metal bars, adding to the clean look of this airy stool. Adagio will have you singing a happy tune while you swivel in its seat.

Edgar—
Designed by Manel Ybargüengoitia, Edgar is a sofa with a design whose aesthetic depends on juxtaposition: clean lines and soft curves, contrasting upholstery, “elegance and sobriety.” An oval seat carves out an inviting shape within a rectangular field. Although Edgar is available in one solid color, the sofa gets much of its balance and drama from the use of two distinct upholstery fabrics. Using a light color such as white for the seat against a dark black base turns Edgar into a study of opposites. This geometric variation gets further emphasized by Edgar’s sleek and linear chromed metal legs. Edgar is also available as a lounge chair.

In order to provide comprehensive infrastructure to various healthcare environments, Stance Healthcare manufactures a complete line of exam room tables, treatment tables, physician stools, and lab stools. The 6080 Examination Table is a durable, no-nonsense piece that eschews rarely-used features in favor of high quality and superior functionality. 6080 includes ample storage space, resilient Naugahyde vinyl (12 colors available), and a convenient slide-out footstool. Right and left hand models are available. Stance Healthcare’s Treatment Tables are “simple, functional, and built to last a lifetime.” Standard features include a built-in paper roll holder and adjustable leveling feet. La Nuit—
An easy chair for indoor and outdoor use, La Nuit, meaning night in French, is the design of Serra y de la Rocha. Constructed of polyethylene, La Nuit is a large, sculptural object with dramatic curves and a monolithic quality. The sweeping arms lead into the chair’s front legs, which in turn meld into the blocky back legs. Produced in white, red, and dark grey, La Nuit commands attention as a three-dimensional art object.
