Beam Mate

Beam-Mate is an extruded aluminum beam ceiling system that provides an economical solution for your open cell grid ceiling requirements. The system gives definition to the ceiling space, yet retains convenience in the maintenance of open plenums.

Beam-Mate is particularly suitable for retail stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping malls. The system lowers the ceiling height in large public spaces and can develop accent areas for small shops or retail stores. The minimum plenum depth required is 9". Because Beam-Mate is extruded aluminum, clean, crisp lines are created without the rolled edges commonly found with other roll-formed products.

Luminous Beam Systems

There are several options for using lighting in conjunction with Gordon beam ceilings. Reveals for track lighting are available; please contact factory for more information. Custom sized Beam-Mate may be ordered to work with almost any kind of lighting.

Light Beam Systems

Light beam consists of clean, crisp extruded aluminum beams
2-1/4" W x 4" H or 2-3/4" W x 5" H. Light Beam can be factory wired with fluorescent up-lighting and track lighting integrated into the face or can simply act as a plenum mask and receive industry standard strip fixtures and tracks. As with all Gordon extrusions, Light Beam is Green by Design with 66% recycled content - 33% post consumer and 33% post industrial content qualifying for 2 LEED® points - 4.1 and 4.2.

Custom Applications:

1) Beam-Vault Interior Skylights

Beam Vault is a luminous skylight system which offers a unique barrel vault or clerestory detail particularly well suited to large open areas and corridors. Components consist of a factory fabricated 1" by 1" nominal square extruded aluminum grid profile and .080" opal white acrylic panels. Beam-Vault may be installed in a flat or curved plane with special module sizes available. Standard module sizes include 24", 30", 36", or 48" squares.

2) LT-11 Interior Skylights

Instead of a vaulted sklylight, how about our recessed ceiling bay solution. This system is available in 2' or 4' widths and is usually sloped to afford a lighting accent.
