Two-component epoxy primer
MIL-DTL-53022F, Type IV is a two-component 0 lb/gal VOC HAPS free, lead and chromate free epoxy primer, that meets MIL-DTL-53022F, Type IV composition, and performance specification. It may be used as a primer under polyurethane chemical agent resistant coatings (CARC) specified in MIL-DTL-53039 and MIL-PRF-22750 or MIL-DTL-64159 topcoat or MIL-PRF-85285 (non-aircraft) polyurethane topcoats.
